Australia has some of the best managed and sustainable fisheries in the world, it's not hard catching a feed. We don't pretend to have much expertise when it comes to the finer points of game fishing, but with a little help from my friends we'll see whether we can grab a few crays, find a few Barra and put sashimi on the table.
